Richard Bryan Jenkins Sr aka 'Lucky Miller' - Date of Birth: 06/07/1959 Doing business as Distinctive Detail (car washing) passed a bad check in my office for over $300 on January 17, 2011. He has numerous warrants from California to New Jersey.
He is beleived to be living at 3542 EAST 143 STREET in SHAKER HEIGHTS. IF you know of his location please contact the Garfield Heights Police Department at 216.475.1234.
1/26/2010 - Police have issued a warrant for his arrest. Please view the attached picture. All of the pictures are of the same person!!!

To complicate matters, when the general public use these sites, they do so without knowledge of the obvious warning signs. A few obvious warning signs that you may be staring at a virus:
- Improper website link appearance
- Status Bar
- The status bar is the area near the bottom of your web browser that displays basic information. When you hover your mouse cursor over a link such as the link www.WeldonPC.com you will see that the proper address will appear in the status bar at the bottom left of the web broweser (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
- The Sender or Person Posting
- If you are receiving a message or post from someone who hasn't messaged you in a while, they probably wouldnt send you a link to something as a first means of contact.
- Common Sense
- If something about a link, message or email doesnt seem right then it probably isnt!
