This is the most commonly performed service at WeldonPC.com. Best served for slow operating computers, virus infections, spyware problems, malware issues, and other greater computer conundrums. The process (properly performed) should take no less than 1.5 business days. This time allows proper quality testing of your equipment. This service is recommended 1 time every 12-24 months. Your data will be backed up and scanned for viruses. The hard drive will be fully erased and the software will be reloaded. Software to be reinstalled will include; office/works, protection software, updates, a few free utilities and more. The computer case will be cleaned inside and out. Your computer will be running and looking brand new in no time!

Computer Case Cleaning
|
Does the area near to your computer harbor the occasional dust bunny? Don’t allow your computer to be damaged by the accumulation of dust from pets, cigarette smoke, or by any other source. Cleaning the case of your computer is important. Should the dust obstruct the normal operation of 2 or more of the fans inside your system your computer is at risk of losing its power supply, video card, main board and maybe more! This service is recommended every 6 months and should NOT be neglected. This service is covered with the Complete System Restore to Factory Default package.

Notice on Discounts
All discounts are issued and recovered strictly as a privilege no client is entitled to a discount. Discounted work orders will NOT take priority over work orders. You the client may request a rain check on a discount and receive a voucher. Discounts may be denied at anytime. Clients who do not pick up their computers within 5 business days from completion will lose all discounts.
Unclaimed Equipment
Equipment not claimed within 33 days of invoicing will be sold. See the Ohio Revised Code 1333.41 +1333.42. No exceptions will be made. Special permissions may be requested. IF a pay schedule is made and payment is late a retroactive holding fee will be enforced of $50 / week. This policy is firm and non-negotiable. If your equipment is set up for sale you may purchase your equipment back at the listed sale price OR your invoice price whichever is at a greater cost. This policy is posted in the WeldonPC.com storefront.
Gift Certificates
Purchased gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and change will be given back as a gift certificate. Gift Certificates are only for service and NEVER for product in the store.
Service Work Guarantee
All service work is strictly covered for 72 Hours from time of pickup. Problems pertaining to viruses, malware, spyware are not covered.
Used Item Warranty
Used items carry a 30 day warranty. Items that are physically damaged or have water / liquid damage are not subject to return. Software issues are not covered.
New Item Warranty
New items are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty. Please contact the manufacturer with any questions.
Return & Refund Policy
All technology at WeldonPC.com is able to be viewed and tested prior to the Clients purchase. Because of this ability WeldonPC.com does not allow for Returns. Returns MAY be granted on a case by case basis. WeldonPC.com reserves the right to deny any and all returns. No refunds will be given. Service performed will be paid for as time and knowledge have been spent to repair issues. Once work has begun it cannot be reversed.
Barter
WeldonPC.com reserves the right to barter with its customers. Please present terms and a written agreement upon invoicing. Bartering is approved by Weldon only.
