Instructions on Collecting Client Equipment

Thank you for being a drop-off location provider. To ensure a smooth process for both the client and WeldonPC, please follow the steps below:

1. Collect the client’s item(s) and place them in a secure, inaccessible location that is out of view from the general public. This is essential to maintain the safety and privacy of the client’s property.

2. Complete the client information form to the right. Fill in all required fields, such as the client’s name, contact details, and a brief description of the item(s) being dropped off. This information will help us identify the client and their belongings accurately.

3. Once you have filled out the form, click the “Submit” button to notify WeldonPC that a pickup is requested. We will arrange for a technician to visit your location within one business day to collect the item(s) and transport them to our office.

4. If the client requires any additional assistance or has questions about the service, please provide them with our customer support contact details. This will enable them to reach out to us directly for further clarification.

5. Keep a record of the drop-off transactions, including the client’s information and the date of drop-off. This information will be useful for tracking purposes and resolving any potential issues that may arise.

6. Maintain clear communication with WeldonPC in case of any changes or delays in pickup schedules. Your prompt updates will help us ensure efficient service and timely pickups.
