Instructions:

Login to cPanel. You can do this by going to yourdomain.com/cpanel and entering your username and password.

Once logged in, scroll down to the "Files" section and click on "Backup Wizard."

Click on "Backup" to create a new backup.

Choose "Full Backup" and then select "Generate Backup."

Once the backup has finished generating, click on "Download" to download the backup to your computer.

Remove the backup from the server, click on "Delete Backup" and then confirm the deletion.

Keep in mind that it's important to periodically perform backups of your website, especially before making any major changes.
