Website Migrations Successfully Completed: Important Actions Required for Website Owners
We are pleased to announce that as of March 1, 2023, the migration process for a majority of websites to our new server has been successfully completed. Website owners are advised to take immediate action to ensure a seamless transition and to prevent any potential issues.
To avoid website downtime and loss of data, please perform the following actions:
Check Name Servers: Visit who.is to ensure your website's name servers are set to ns1.weldonpc.com and ns2.weldonpc.com. If they are not, your website will cease to function on March 31, 2023.
Backup Your Website and Email Files: Log in to yourwebsitename.com/cpanel and create backups of your website and email files. It is crucial to save these files to your computer and remove them from the server to prevent data loss.
Verify Your Email Functionality: Ensure your email is working properly by using IMAP email settings with mail.yourwebsite.com and SSL encryption. For more detailed information, log in to your cPanel and visit the email section.
Update Your Contact Information: Confirm that we have your correct contact information at WeldonPC.com/billing. If you have not yet logged in, reset your password by clicking "FORGOT PASSWORD."
