All auction purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided unless the item is significantly different from its description. Items are sold "as-is" based on the condition described in the listing.

Item Pickup Requirements

All items must be picked up during regular business hours on or before the designated pickup deadline specified for each auction. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange pickup within this timeframe. Payment must be completed before or at the time of pickup.

Failure to Pick Up Items

Important: If you fail to pick up your item(s) by the specified deadline, you will forfeit both the item AND any payment made. No exceptions will be made. The item will be relisted or disposed of at our discretion, and you may be restricted from future auction participation.
