IT support without the guesswork

Most homes and small offices do not need a full-time IT person. They need someone they can call when the printer stops printing, the email will not send, or a pop-up looks suspicious, and they need their computers protected and backed up before something goes wrong. That is what our Tech Support Bundle plans are for.

Each plan covers one computer for a flat monthly or yearly price. Every plan includes Webroot antivirus and cloud backup, plus a set number of remote support hours each month. If you have several computers, each one gets its own plan, so you can mix plans to fit how each machine is used.

Remote support

Many problems never need a trip. With your permission, a technician connects to your computer securely, fixes the problem while you watch, and disconnects when done. Plan members use their included hours; without a plan, remote support is $90/hr. Remote support works anywhere in the U.S.

Onsite visits

When something needs hands on it, such as a network, a printer or a new computer setup, we come to you. An onsite visit has a $135 non-refundable dispatch fee that covers the visit and the first hour of round-trip travel; longer trips add $135/hr. Network setup is $125/hr. When to call us
